Martin Philip's life didn't take him directly to baking. He grew up in the Arkansas Ozarks and has had quite a route to his position as head baker at King Arthur Flour. He'll be at the Books in Bloom Literary Festival from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday in Eureka Springs. He talks to us about his book, Breaking Bread: A Baker's Journey Home in 75 Recipes.
