A report released last week suggests northwest Arkansas is losing health care dollars from people leaving the area for treatments and from people not coming to the region for specialty care. We speak with Paul Umbach, one of the report's authors, and with Nelson Peacock, CEO of the Northwest Arkansas Council, about the findings and about how the region could improve its health care economy.
