Governor Introduces Tax Cut Legislation

Gov. Asa Hutchinson wants to reduce the state's top marginal tax rate from 6.9 percent to 5.9 percent over two years. Members of a coalition called Arkansans for Better Spending are concerned what impact the governor's plan could have on programs around the state.
