The Fayetteville Farmers Cooperative will be moving to a yet-undisclosed location after entering into a deal with Specialized Real Estate Group for the eight-acre property at the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and South School Avenue. SREG and Modus Studio have a planned a multi-use development that will repurpose several co-op buildings into commercial spaces and add new residential structures.
