Housing Authority Discusses Retail, Home Ownership Potential on Its Properties

The Fayetteville Housing Authority's vision includes on-street retail spaces along West Avenue on its Hillcrest Towers property.

As the Fayetteville Cultural Arts corridor begins to take shape, the Fayetteville Housing Authority has a vision for its Hillcrest Towers property, which is nearby, and it involves on-street retail space. The FHA is also making plans for its other properties including the potential for affordable home ownership.
