There have been four confirmed cases of pediatric measles in unvaccinated children in Arkansas. This follows over 700 confirmed cases in Texas this year, including two fatalities, with more than 650 cases in unvaccinated individuals. Dr. Andrew Koehler, a pediatrician at Northwest Arkansas Pediatrics, said the spread of measles to Arkansas seemed inevitable.
