Principal Chief Chuck Hoskin Jr. and Deputy Chief Bryan Warner signed an executive order providing all Cherokee Nation government employees with a total of two hours of paid mental wellness leave each month.

COVID-19 took a major toll on the Cherokee Nation. Principal Chief Chuck Hoskin Jr. recently signed an executive order providing all government employees two hours of paid mental wellness leave monthly, in addition to re-dedicating a new walking path.
