Fayetteville City Planners Propose Short-term Rental Regulation Changes

As more housing in northwest Arkansas neighborhoods is converted into fully furnished short-term rentals for tourists and travelers, more residents are raising alarm. Fayetteville city planners have proposed easing certain short-term rental applicant rules, while working to control density. The city of Eureka Springs has enforced a ban on vacation rentals in residential districts.
