Arkansas Senate Passes Governor's Education Omnibus Bill

Arkansas Senators on Thursday debated the hurried process of Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders' education reform package, which is quickly making its way through the legislature.

The Arkansas Senate advanced Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders' omnibus education legislation. The bill passed 25-7 with Sen. Jimmy Hickey being the sole Republican to vote no against the bill.
