Since 2022, the University of Arkansas' Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship has fostered growth in the region's outdoor recreation industry through its startup incubator, the Greenhouse Outdoor Recreation Program. Leaders from this semester's group of startups, or cohort, discuss their inclusion in the program.

A city-wide celebration of Arkansas-born Florence Price

Music City USA is celebrating Arkansas-born composer Florence Price with a series of concerts and talks. Doug Shaddell is an associate professor of musicology at Vanderbilt University, a researcher of Price’s life and music, and an organizer of this month’s commemoration. He said part of the celebration is an expansion of how we view the Little Rock-born composer.
