The annual Arkansas Black Film & Music Expo hosted by Music Moves returns to the Fayetteville Town Center next month. Ozarks at Large's Kyle Kellams sat down with Anthony Ball, vice president and program director of Music Moves, and Grady Matthews, a board member of Music Moves, to learn more about the event.
