Arkansas U.S. Sen. Tom Cotton is officially seeking a third term in Washington. The Republican formally announced his reelection bid Feb. 27. His campaign reported about $8 million in the bank to fund his run, about three times more than the amount he had on hand when starting his campaign for a second term.
