The inaugural Ozark Music Festival will bring more than 100 musicians—some professional, some students—to northwest Arkansas for two weeks of rehearsals and public performances. The festival begins June 11, and in the past few weeks, the teaching faculty and performance schedules have been finalized.
Ozarks at Large recently hosted Tomoko Kashiwagi, the artistic director of the festival, Brittany Cooper d’Orsay, the executive director, and Jeremy Crosmer, a member of the festival’s faculty and cellist with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra in the Anthony and Susan Hui News Studio.
