School-Based Mental Health Symposium focuses on childhood trauma

The 2025 School-Based Mental Health Symposium on July 30-31 will focus on empowering educators to respond to childhood trauma. One of the sessions will be led by members of the Arkansas Trauma Resource Initiative for Schools. Ozarks at Large's Matthew Moore spoke with Evan Wilons, a trauma educator with TRIS and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
