Several counties across northwest Arkansas are gearing up for runoff elections, including Sebastian, Benton and Washington. Jennifer Price is the election commissioner for Washington County, and she joins Ozarks at Large's Matthew Moore to discuss what it means to prepare for a second election in two months.
