Hobbs State Park-Conservation Area Starts Adult Hiking Club
(ROGERS, Ark.) – Hobbs State Park-Conservation Area announces a hiking club for adults. The hikes will be on the first Saturday of each month throughout the year. The trail, distance and time will vary month to month, but fun is always on the menu.
The first hike will begin at the Van Winkle/Sinking Stream Trailhead on February 1 from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. as we explore the Sinking Stream and Van Winkle Trails, an easy 1-mile total hike. Van Winkle is ADA accessible.
Each hike will include healthy outdoor recreation, sharing some of nature’s secrets, and opportunities to socialize. Bring a friend and meet some new ones! Snacks and beverages will be provided for all to enjoy afterwards. Recommended age 18+.
