Holly Smardo and Jason Miller of the Arkansas Philharmonic Orchestra came by the KUAF studio earlier this week to discuss their upcoming season. The group is excited to be playing some especially gorgeous and familiar pieces this year, including “The Red Violin Concerto” by John Corigliano. “The piece itself […] is absolutely haunting and beautiful,” says Smardo.
