Greenhouse Project Teaches Independence

The Elizabeth Richardson Center's greenhouse at their Life Skills campus in Springdale recently switched to a hydroponic system. In addition to producing more produce, the classes held there teach clients with a variety of disabilities all aspects of gardening, how to prepare the foods they grow, and potentially how to sell them.
