The Steele Center Office Suites building in Springdale is being transformed into a resource for people who used to be incarcerated. Various agencies like Goodwill will provide services for ex-prisoners in the front half of the building. The back portion will serve as a transitional living facility for men. The Returning Home Center will host an open house from 9 to 11 a.m. Feb. 25.
