Fayetteville Launches Outdoor Refreshment Area Pilot Program

The Outdoor Refreshment Area pilot program permits patrons 21 years of age and older to carry and consume alcoholic beverages in designated cups, while wearing an official wristband on public sidewalks and participating properties within the Fayetteville's new entertainment district. The ORA is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day.
