Hundreds of Arkansas farmers who've served in the U.S. Military have formed a state chapter of the Farmer Veteran Coalition. Chapter President Michael Sparks, Arkansas National Guardsman, says the mission is to connect veterans seeking to farm or who are farmers, to agricultural resources. In honor of Veterans Day, members along with staff from the Arkansas Department of Agriculture are meeting in Searcy.
