New Study Reveals Continued Increase in Uninsured Arkansas Children

The Annie E. Casey Foundation's annual Kids Count report looks at child well-being in the United States by analyzing factors like economics, health and education. The state's economic well-being ranking jumped from 46 to 34 in the new report, but Rich Huddleston, executive director for Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families, says there's still work to be done to improve the lives of low-income children, thousands of whom lack health insurance.
