Across the globe, scholars and academics are threatened, harmed and killed because of their work. This week, the University of Arkansas chapter of Scholars at Risk is hosting Dr. Shuchi Karim to talk about her experiences. She left her native Bangladesh to teach in Canada. She'll speak on campus Wednesday, Nov. 20, at 3 p.m. in the Center for Multicultural and Diversity Education in the Arkansas Union.
