Fayetteville City Council Considers Ways to Control Nuisance Graffiti on Private Property

In recent months, graffiti vandals have increasingly defaced the privately owned historic Fayetteville train depot.

Fayetteville City Council member Teresa Turk has proposed an amendment to Fayetteville's graffiti code to better control spreading graffiti blight on private property visible from public rights-of-ways.
