Ebony Mitchell prepares to end her reign as Miss Arkansas

Ebony Mitchell is the first Miss Arkansas from Harrison.

Miss Arkansas Eudora Mosby in 2005 visited Eagle Heights Elementary School in Harrison, inspiring a young Ebony Mitchell to become Miss Arkansas. Mitchell earned the title in 2022 and will pass on her crown next month.
