Northwest Arkansas bus stops to receive improvements

Today on the Outline: The Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission will use $180,000 in grants from the U.S. Department of Transportation to study and update up to 60 bus stops in the region. Plus, the "No Labels" party qualifies for a presidential candidate.
