The Arkansas Department of Health continues to investigate an E. coli outbreak that has affected about 100 students at the University of Arkansas. Bill Marler, a food safety attorney who teaches annually at the University of Arkansas School of Law, said there are about 150,000 E. coli cases in the United States every year.
