New report shows NWA rent doubled, home prices increased by 70% since 2020

Median rents in northwest Arkansas have doubled, and home prices have risen by 70% in the last five years. That’s one of the findings in the updated “Our Housing Future” report from the Walton Family Foundation. The update was released on Tuesday, May 27, and details changes and critical needs for the fastest-growing area in the state.
