Later this summer, the city of Fayetteville will host a new athletic event on Dickson Street that might seem familiar to some longtime residents. The Dickson Street Mile is a one-mile race beginning and ending in front of George’s Majestic Lounge on Dickson Street. Its first iteration will take place on July 27.
