The proposed conservation/recreation easement will protect the 400-acre Lincoln Lake watershed, a popular fishing, paddling, hiking, cycling and rock climbing park located several miles north of Lincoln, Arkansas. Drafted by Northwest Arkansas Land Trust in collaboration with city officials, the legal agreement is expected to take effect this summer.
