'A Night to Shine' is set for August 5^th at The Record in Bentonville. This Gala will benefit the mission of P.E.A.R.L., to provide assistance, education, and support to the specialty courts and the recovery community of Arkansas. Pete speaks with Kelly Turnbow, Development Director with P.E.A.R.L.
