National Poetry Month: Clayton Scott

Clayton Scott is a poet and educator. He has taught poetry to children for over 25 years and is known for his ability to bring poetry to life off the page, turning it into performance.

He reads his poem, "The Green Flash," about the possibility of magic, and whether life as-is needs magic to be good.

Grace Penry is a teaching assistant and MFA student at the University of Arkansas in Creative Writing and Translation.
