Millikin University historian, Dr. Tim Kovalcik says Victorian-era Eureka Springs cultivated its popular late 19th century reputation as a healing spa destination using propaganda techniques of the day. He will present a lecture at the Inn of the Ozarks Convention Center in Eureka Monday evening, July 28th at 6 PM. The event is free and open to the public.
