Supporters of disability rights gather at the state capitol to celebrate a new law allowing greater flexibility for disabled residents to grow their savings accounts while still receiving federal disability benefits. Human Rights Campaign Arkansas announces its intentions to launch a "Summer of Equality," and this weekend the Illinois River Watershed Partnership is hosting tours to give area residents a glimpse of a rare plant.
