Measuring Racial Bias in Arkansas Special Education

The U.S. Department of Education is asking all states to standardize a method to measure any overrepresentation of minorities in special education. We talk with an Arkansas Department of Education expert as well as an education policy fellow with Arkansas Advocates for Children & Families.
