J. Froelich
Michelle Pedro, Arkansas Coalition of Marshallese policy director, recently spoke at a virtual COFA Medicaid enrollment conference about Ozark islanders' status.

Michelle Pedro, policy director and communications specialist for Arkansas Coalition of Marshallese in Springdale, says advocacy groups are working to overcome certain barriers to enrollment, including language.
