ACLU Executive Director Holly Dickson, along with case plaintiffs, addressed the media after the federal court hearing in Little Rock.

Federal Judge James "Jay" Moody, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Arkansas yesterday issued a preliminary injunction to stop a new state law from going into effect later this month that bans gender-affirming medical care for trans youth. A lawsuit challenging the ban, filed by ACLU of Arkansas in late May, will proceed.
