Fort Smith VA Clinic Succeeds at Housing Homeless Veterans in the River Valley

Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks’ Fort Smith outpatient clinic staff provides homeless Veterans in the River Valley comprehensive housing support services. Veterans in need are encouraged to contact the VA's crisis call center 1.800.273.8255. An online chat agent is also available.
