1922 'Million Dollar Free Bridge' in Fort Smith Celebrated

Crowds gather to celebrate the opening of Garrison Bridge in 1922.

The Fort Smith Museum of History, the Fort Smith Historical Society, and the Fort Smith National Historic Site are hosting a commemorative celebration of the historic Garrison Avenue Bridge on Saturday May 14^th from 1:30-4:00 pm at the Frisco Station Building on the National Historic Site grounds.
