Fort Smith Symphony premieres “Louis Wayne Ballard: The Four Moons”

The Fort Smith Symphony will release the new recording, “Louis Wayne Ballard: The Four Moons,” on Friday, Nov. 10.

Fort Smith Symphony music director and conductor John Jeter joins Kyle Kellams in the Anthony and Susan Hui News Studio to discuss the world premiere of a musical composition by Native American composer Louis Wayne Ballard.
