NWACC opens student-run butcher shop in Bentonville

Northwest Arkansas Community College opened the Butcher's Larder on Thursday. The student-operated butcher's shop is at the college's culinary school - Brightwater: A Center for the Study of Food - in Bentonville. The shop and teaching facility will train students in the craft and business of butchery.
