Arkansas' unemployment rate rises slightly

Arkansas’ unemployment rate has risen slightly. According to the Arkansas Department of Commerce, the March rate was 3.7%, a tenth of a percentage point higher than February. Arkansas’ rate is still lower than the national average of 4.2%.
