The Sebastian County branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and Baptist Health-Fort Smith will host a health and wellness fair on Saturday, October 26, 2024, 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., at St. James Missionary Baptist Church, 4916 High Street.
Attendees will be able to partake in free health screenings including A1C, blood pressure, bone density, glucose, PSA prostate, and free hearing exams. Flu shots and COVID vaccinations will be available to purchase or free with a valid insurance card.
The Arkansas Blood Institute’s mobile unit will be onsite collecting donations; All donors will receive a free T-shirt and one entry pass into the Little Rock Zoo.
