The Veterans Administration Medical Foster Home program in Fayetteville matches ailing or elder veterans with caregiving families, who open their homes to U.S. Veterans, providing long-term supervised care. Arkansas was the first state to deploy the national program, now operating in 47 states. We visit the Dorsey family of Bella Vista, who are fostering several veterans.
