The United Way of Fort Smith Area has launched a 2-1-1 call center for Sebastian, Crawford, Logan, Franklin and Scott Counties. The service provides a way for people to speak to an operator to obtain information on a variety of community resources 24 hours a day. The nonprofit is also providing micro-grants to organizations in need through its new COVID-19 Community Response Fund.
