Arkansas receives low rank for overall child well-being

The annual Kids Count Data Book from the Annie E. Casey Foundation ranked Arkansas 43rd for overall child well-being. Also, Fayetteville is working to resolve a network outage after a cybersecurity breach, and UofA officials plan to move personnel from the Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion into other offices this fall.
