Arkansas maintains low ranking for child well-being in KIDS COUNT report

Arkansas ranked 43rd in the nation for overall child well-being for the second consecutive year, according to the 2023 KIDS COUNT Data Book from the Annie E. Casey Foundation. Ozarks at Large's Daniel Caruth interviewed Lisa Hamilton, president of the foundation, about the report.
