John Howerton of Berryville, Arkansas, and Henry Dare of Canton, Illinois, partner to raise cattle that eventually supply beef to Tyson Foods. Howerton preconditions calves to ensure they stay healthy after weaning, while Dare finishes the process on his family farm before sale.
