Pups in the Pool – Bella Vista’s Ultimate Dog Swim Party! 🐶💦

When the Kingsdale outdoor pool closes for the season, it’s time for our furry friends to make a splash! Join the Bella Vista Animal Shelter for Pups in the Pool—a wildly fun, tail-wagging afternoon where dogs take over the pool for one last summer swim.

Both the main pool and the shallow baby pool will be open for pups to enjoy! While humans won’t be allowed to swim with their dogs, you’re welcome to relax at the pool’s edge and cheer on the fun.

Requirements:
🐕 Well-behaved, dog & people friendly dogs
💉 Up-to-date on vaccinations

Have you been looking for a group to dance or learn to dance with that is centered on safety, connection, and healing? The NWA Center for Sexual Assault and Cece Marie Choreography are hosting free dance workshops beginning this summer. This is a healing-centered dance experience where survivors reclaim safety, creativity, and connection through movement and shared story. You deserve to feel safe in your body.

This workshop is open to adult survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and / or human trafficking.

Protect your pet! Bring your pet to our walk-in vaccine and microchip clinic each Wednesday, from 9am to 12:30pm. Please bring all dogs on leashes and all cats in carriers. All vaccines and microchips are free. Appointments are appreciated but not required. Walk-ins are welcome. Registration is available at the link below:

Join us for Startup Crawl 2025: Built to Launch - The Biggest Startup Party in the Heartland!

Startup Crawl returns Friday, September 26, 2025, for its seventh year — and this time, we’re turning the spotlight on the bold, the curious, and the future-focused.
From 5:00–9:00 p.m., downtown Fayetteville becomes a walkable showcase of the region’s startup community. You’ll explore a curated lineup of emerging companies, enjoy unlimited craft beer with the purchase of a drinks ticket, discover new ideas, and experience the creative energy that fuels Northwest Arkansas — all with a soundtrack of live local music and plenty of surprises along the way. General Admission is free, but please register to join the adventure!

Crawl check-in begins at 5:00 p.m. outside One East Center on the Fayetteville square. Pick up your Startup Passport and souvenir beer cup, then set your own course through a night built for exploration.
5 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Unlimited craft beer pours (sampler or full) from top local breweries
A self-guided tour of NWA’s most exciting startup and tech companies
Live music from local artists across multiple stops
Swag, giveaways, and space-themed surprises
Food trucks and local vendors on the square
