The state’s largest Juneteenth celebration brought thousands of people to downtown Springdale this past Saturday. Ozarks at Large's Kyle Kellams shares details from the event.

This Saturday, the northwest Arkansas observation of Juneteenth will again be hosted on Emma Avenue in downtown Springdale. Ozarks at Large's Kyle Kellams invited organizers Ro Bailey and Anthony Ball, with Interform and Music Moves, respectively, to the Anthony and Susan Hui News Studio to discuss the event.

University of Arkansas' 26th annual celebration of Juneteenth. Freedom Fest will take place at Shiloh Square in Springdale, June 17th from 1-9 p.m with musical performances by Bone Thugs N Harmony, the Ohio Players, Young Joc, the Funk Factory, and more. Freedom Fest is a family-friendly, free event.
